EMR Integrated Solutions will launch ‘Tuan’, its new AI platform for critical infrastructure , at the International AI Summit in Dublin on 14 October 2026.

EMR is one of a select number of organisations invited to exhibit at the Summit, which is convened by the Government of Ireland as part of its Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

‘Tuan’ has been developed to help organisations operating critical infrastructure make smarter, faster decisions. It draws on 45 years of EMR’s engineering experience across SCADA, telemetry and operational technology, combining that expertise with AI to solve real operational problems across the water, power and renewable energy sectors.

“Critical infrastructure doesn’t get the luxury of experimenting with AI for its own sake,” said Mark O’Connor, Chief Commercial Officer with EMR Integrated Solutions. “Every alert ‘Tuan’ generates has to be one an engineer can trust, because behind it is a water supply, a power network, or a renewables site that communities depend on.

“We built ‘Tuan’ the way we’ve built everything at EMR for 45 years: starting with the problem on site, not the technology in the lab,” O’Connor added.

‘Tuan’ is designed to work alongside the judgement of experienced engineers, not to replace them, turning operational data into actionable insight that helps people make better decisions.

At the International AI Summit, EMR will demonstrate ‘Tuan’ and how its engineering-led approach to AI can support flood management, network telemetry and other critical infrastructure applications.

The International AI Summit marks the official launch of European AI Innovation Month, bringing together EU and global leaders from government, business and research to examine AI’s role in Europe’s competitiveness.
